The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced bilingual Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team.
What you\'ll do:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Accounts Receivable, key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding receivables for The Montreal Gazette and other Eastern publications and Postmedia assets as assigned
• Fulfill internal and external customer requests regarding accounts
• Meet individual targets and department objectives
• Follow up on all discrepancies with internal and external customers in a timely manner
• Investigate and reconcile customer accounts when necessary
• Write up adjustments and distributions to customer accounts as needed and submit to Supervisor for approval
• Support co-workers and Supervisor/Manger when needed
• Provide Supervisor with regular status reports on receivables
• Must execute all responsibilities with a strong customer service orientation via telephone, e-mail
• Perform other collection related duties and assist with ad hoc projects

Who you are:

• Minimum five (5) years experience in a credit/collection environment
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office : Excel
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, bilingual oral and written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment with ever changing priorities
• Previous media experience in print and digital environments is an asset (print or digital publishing or advertising agency environments)
• Has energy and drive to succeed, is a self starter
• Builds respect and credibility with Stakeholders by adding value
• Provides accurate , timely and focused communication
