Description: This position involves providing full-time, full-cycle accounts payable services to a developer/construction client. The position will involve working out of the client's office 100% of the time alongside several other members of our team. Our client's office culture is also welcoming, supportive and collaborative. Responsibilities include:
Ensure proper payment procedures are followed
Matching invoices
Entering contracts and applying invoices to contracts
Monitoring and reconciling holdback accounts
Applying back charges
Processing payments
Producing customer invoices
Maintaining project budger reports and financial information for users
Coordinating with the construction team and vendors to solve problems
Required skills:
Two years accounts payable experience or relevant education
Detail-oriented and organized
Accurate and efficient processing of information
Excellent English communication both written and oral
Problem-solving - ability to identify and understand underlying problems and then proceed to resolve the situation.
Ability to work on your own without instruction
Professional attitude
Timberline/Sage 300 experience an asset
Intermediate Excel skills an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
