Process invoices in SAP with accuracy.
Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues.
Collaborate with internal teams on invoice matters.
Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
Maintain Accounts Payable records and petty cash.
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
Assist with client inquiries and office tasks.
Schedule meetings and manage office supplies.
Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail
QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles
Proficiency in SAP is mandatory, including hands-on experience with SAP Upgrade projects is an asset.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Familiarity with financial reporting tools and systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with ERP systems and general ledger accounting
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvements
Employment DetailsSalary: $23.00HR - $25.00HR
Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Contract, Fulltime, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
Other: 6-month contract with potential for career growth and extension
