Robert Half is seeking Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team. Accounts Payable Clerk will report directly to Accounts Payable supervisor. Accounts Payable Clerk is required to work Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00. This is a great opportunity to gain A/P experience with an industry leading company.The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for assisting with:- Full Cycle A/P, responsible for processing invoices, expense reports and credit card statements.- Perform as needed, data entry, filing, reconciliation and analysis.- Administer A/P system, invoice scanning, indexing, routing for review and approval.- Special accounting projects as needed.The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist should have:- BA in Accounting or Finance preferred- At least 3+ years of experience preferred within a similar work environment- Strong Microsoft Excel skills- journal entries- Expense reports-Great Plains (GPAC)Robert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
