xf0x9fx94xb9 Processing invoices like a pro-ensuring accuracy, approvals, and on-time payments.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Matching invoices, purchase orders, and receipts (because three-way matching is your superpower!).
xf0x9fx94xb9 Reconciling vendor statements and tackling discrepancies like a detective.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Prepping and processing electronic transfers, ACH payments, and good old-fashioned checks.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Keeping our records spotless and month-end close seamless.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Making sure we're in compliance with accounting policies and best practices.Qualifications
xe2x9cx94 2+ years of experience in accounts payable (you know your way around an AP department!).
xe2x9cx94 Experience with AS400 or Business Central is a big plus
xe2x9cx94 Strong Excel skills and the ability to navigate accounting software with ease.
xe2x9cx94 Meticulous attention to detail (you notice the $0.02 difference no one else does).
xe2x9cx94 Stellar communication and organizational skills.
