Accurately review and process invoices.
Execute payment runs (checks, wire transfers, ACH).
Resolve invoice and payment issues with vendors.
Perform monthly account reconciliations.
Audit and process employee expense reports.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Month-End Close: Assist with accruals and reporting.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Work with procurement and finance teams for seamless operations.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle Financials, JD Edwards, or SAP.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Procure to Pay processes is a plus, but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Employment DetailsSalary: $22HR - $30HR
Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Contract, Full-Time, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
Other: 6 months contract, possibility of extension or becoming permanent
