and Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for an

Accounts Payable Specialist

for our Accounts Payables team. The position reports to the Controller.

Responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable:

3-way invoice matching Invoice coding and entry Corporate credit card reconciliation Vendor statement and account reconciliation Scheduled cheque/EFT payments and ad-hoc requests Handling vendor inquiries Bank reconciliation Filing & other tasks as required other tasks as required

Qualifications:

Intermediate Accounting courses/knowledge base

Must have 3-5 years accounts payable experience

Experience with SAP preferred Strong computer / MS Office skills including excel and outlook

Skills and attributes:

Salary: The hiring range for this position ranges from $X- $X. Your salary offered will be based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, and internal parity.
