Accounts Payable
to join our finance team and support daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify invoices and cheque requests
Sort, code, and match invoices; set them up for payment
Enter invoices into the accounting system
Track and process employee expense reports
Prepare and perform cheque runs
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare account analyses
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues
Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files
Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries
Provide supporting documentation for audits
Additional Duties:
Assist with some sales invoicing and production spreadsheet entries
Perform other accounting-related tasks as required
Education and Experience:
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
Experience with accounting software (Microsoft Business Central / Navision preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Accurate data entry and record management skills
Minimum 1-2 years experience

Pay: $22.00-$23.50 per hour
