As the successful Accounts Payable you will share similar values as Schlegel Villages as well as have the skill set in processing invoices and issuing vendor payments for our Villages.



As our new Accounts Payable you will:




Accurately review and enter invoices for our locations in Ontario, on a timely basis Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with Schlegel Villages policy and accepted accounting practices Respond to payment concerns with vendors and managers at our villages Process weekly cheque run Adaptable, flexible and efficient communication skills Assist with various accounting projects as needed

To be successful as our new Accounts Payable, you will need:




Experience in Accounts Payable and or general accounting is an asset Team player with solid interpersonal skills and strong work ethic Proficient in Excel Strong Organizational skills and time management Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance an asset
