About the Opportunity
Process invoices
Receive, match, batch, coded, enter invoices
About 100 invoices/week (roughly 95% digital / 5% manual)
Three-way match
Investigate discrepancies
Address vendor inquiries
Process payments
Cheque runs
About You
Strong communicator
At least two years full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
Excel proficiency (pivot tables / vlookups)
ERP exposure (strong asset)
Relevant industry experience such as advertising agencies (asset)
Experience processing up to 100 invoices/week
Hourly Rate
$25/hr
