We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Accounts Payable team! This is a 100% in the office position given the nature of the work.



This position requires excellent communication skills, ability to work as a team player, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be well suited to work in a fast paced environment that is undergoing constant change. We offer a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:


Reconciling vendor statements and payables balancing reports Dealing with a high volume of electronic invoice and purchase order matching Dealing with invoice discrepancies related to price and quantity Reviewing and processing travel & expense reimbursements Performs Special projects as assigned by the Manager Backup for other tasks and opportunities for advancement

Requirements:


Minimum 3-5 years experience in Accounts Payable Experience with SAP Concur is preferred Experience in high volume payables environment an asset Proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills High level of skill with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) College diploma or university degree A fantastic attitude
