Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant & Office Admin to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative and bookkeeping skills to contribute to the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer literacy, customer service abilities, and experience in office management. Candidate should be familiar with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. This position is essential for maintaining smooth office workflows, managing client interactions, and supporting financial processes.

Duties



Manage accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of transactions Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally, including document proofreading and data entry Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations and expense tracking Provide administrative support through typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Manage customer support inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies inventory Support personal assistant tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Payroll Management Coordinating with CPA

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities Experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles with attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Proven experience in data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and basic financial reconciliation techniques Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly Strong communication skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
