McAuley Insurance Brokers is an insurance brokerage dedicated to providing exceptional service and reliable coverage for our clients. We are currently seeking an Office Admin Assistant to assist with organizing and digitizing client files within our system. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and organized, who enjoys administrative work in a supportive team environment.
This
temporary contract position
offers flexible full-time or part-time hours within our regular office schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role is fully on-site at our Aurora office.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately scan and upload documents into computer system
Ensure documents are correctly labeled and organized
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information responsibly
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Reception back-up as needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills; familiarity with scanning equipment and file management
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Previous administrative or office experience is an asset
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
