Accounting Operations Coordinator

- High River, AB


Here is what a typical day looks like


Cheque printing of all Client refunds and carrier advances Preparing, recording deposits to client files and Carrier account Providing query support to internal and external customers Scanning Closing activities in EPIC Assisting with Year End Audit as required

Comfort with learning basic office equipment use including, scanner, computer Professional communication etiquette, including confidentiality Superior multi-tasking skills, in a deadline driven environment Superior attention to detail in an accounting environment Working knowledge of basic accounting and book keeping principles



Hours:

Full time, 37.5hrs per week

Compensation Range:

$45,000 - $50,000
