The Position

The Operations Coordinator is a key role supporting both internal operations and client-facing processes. You'll be the central hub that keeps workflows running smoothly, ensures follow-through on commitments, and manages the administrative and operational details that help our Controllers stay focused on client delivery.

What You'll Do

Client-Focused Responsibilities

Attend prospective client meetings and assist with onboarding and setup. Track and monitor weekly deliverables to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Maintain client coverage schedules to ensure service continuity during employee absences. Review, report, and follow up on accounts receivable and support the billing process. Coordinate client recognition activities and contribute to a positive client experience.

Internal Operations Responsibilities

Create and maintain templates, SOPs, and workflow tools. Update and manage tracking dashboards and KPIs. Serve as administrator for CAS software systems. Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members. Participate in monthly marketing meetings and support team initiatives.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or coordinator roles -- ideally within an accounting, finance, or professional services environment. Strong working knowledge of accounts receivable, payroll, and basic accounting principles. Demonstrated experience with reporting processes and Excel-based tracking tools. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and cloud-based accounting software. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Skilled at holding others accountable, constructively and ensuring consistent follow-through. Sharp attention to detail, with strong written communication skills - especially in documenting processes and procedures.
