We are seeking a highly organized
Accounting & Office Coordinator
to join our employee-owned company. This role supports our internal operations across shipping, marketing, purchasing and accounting. This includes maintaining financial records, assisting with various projects, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with division managers in a professional and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable invoices transactions accurately and issuing EFT payments
Assist with Accounts Receivable and month-end reports.
Assist with daily operations and administrative support such as reception, shipping/receiving and general organizational skills.
Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner.
Collaborate with teams across departments while managing independent tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
3+ years of accounting experience (formal training counts toward experience)
Proficiency with SAGE (Simply Accounting) or QuickBooks Online is an asset
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to prepare and organize supporting financial documentation
Quick to learn existing systems, adaptable to diverse project requirements, and flexible in taking on responsibilities beyond the typical scope of the role.
