Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. This role will primarily be responsible for reconciling multiple payment platforms, including Stripe (multiple accounts), Amazon, PayPal, and ensuring accurate matching of receipts to corresponding credit card transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reconciliation, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with digital payment systems.###

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile transactions across multiple Stripe accounts on a regular basis Review and reconcile the incoming and outgoing transactions from Amazon and PayPal Match receipts and supporting documentation to company credit card transactions Identify and resolve discrepancies between payments records and financial statements Work closely with team members from the accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close. Maintain organized records of reconciliations and financial documentation Assist in implementing process improvements to streamline reconciliation workflows Prepare regular reports an summaries of reconciliation activities for management review.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations Experience working with Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Seller/Vendor system, and credit card platforms Strong proficiency in Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/systems simultaneously Strong analytical and problem solving skills Familiarity with Zoho books is a plus
