Our Cambridge branch office is in need of an accounting clerk to support our administrative team.
Responsibilities include:
Quickbooks Online - A/P, and data entry
Payment and data entry
Managing inbound and outbound mail
Filing, scanning, and other accounting-related tasks
We are seeking a candidate who:
Has careful attention to detail
Good communication skills
The ability to work independently and self-manage responsibilities
Experience with QBO
Pleasant and professional communication skills to communicate with our clients
We will offer the successful candidate:
A salary in the range of $2900-$3100 per month, dependent on experience
Profit sharing on a monthly basis (typically $0-$400)
