POSITION: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Primary Functions:



Overall responsibility for maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records

Responsible for Accounts Receivable records Responsible for Accounts Payable records Responsible for tax receipts

Education / Training



Accounting Principles or Business Accounting Sage 300 Software and Excel spreadsheet Post Secondary or Equivalent

Required Experience / Skills



Strong accounting knowledge Strong organizational skills Experience using AccPac and Excel Strong interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range:

$63,000-$68,000, dependent on experience and qualifications
