Accounts receivable/accounting assistant at Mark Motors Porsche

Roles and Responsibilities

Accounts receivable administration , including preparing and distributing monthly accounts receivable statements, posting customer receipts, following up on overdue payments, effectively communicating with customers. Process and post on demand cheque requests Process and post EFT payments Process and post online utilities payments Key data into accounting system Post and reconcile corporate credit card accounts Perform filing and general clerical duties Provide accounting and clerical support to accounting departments

Qualifications

2 + years accounting experience College Accounting Certificate Knowledge and accounting experience using EXCEL Experience working the in automotive industry and using CDK accounting system considered an asset Works well with team and individually Strong verbal and written communication skills Organization skills and attention to detail Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
