to join our team in Windsor, NS. This is a full-time, in-person position that plays an important role in supporting both administrative and accounting functions within our firm.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in clients, respond to phone calls, and manage incoming emails.
Coordinate and schedule client appointments.
Receive, log, and securely maintain client documents (drop-in materials).
Provide bookkeeping support, including data entry and reconciliations.
Assist with payroll preparation and processing.
Support preparation of personal tax returns (T1).
Perform other administrative and accounting support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Previous experience in an administrative, accounting assistant, or bookkeeping role is an asset.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with care.
Comfortable working with accounting and office software (training provided if necessary).
