Turbocharge our financial records by entering supplier invoices/credits and ensuring a flawless 3-way match.

Take the driver's seat in preparing cheques for vendors and processing credit card payments.

Accelerate accounts receivable by posting payments, sending out monthly statements, and making those successful collection calls.

Navigate customer calls with finesse, resolving account issues like a pro.

Cruise through daily reconciliations and processing of driver sheets.

Set the pace by setting up new customers, verifying credit applications, and invoicing credits for returns.

Keep our financial engine running smoothly by maintaining an orderly filing system.

Rev up your day with some additional clerical duties to support our HR and Admin team.

Qualifications for the Fast Lane:

Shift into high gear with 2+ years of accounting experience.

Showcase your expertise with excellent skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Navigate the accounting terrain with a solid understanding of QuickBooks.

Communicate like a champion with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
