Manage the day-to-day operations of all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Reporting Structure Reporting to the Accounting Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing Accounts Receivable invoices.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure Job Estimate are accurate and allocated accordingly.
• Responsible for Cash allocations and investigate Client discrepancies.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable collections and payment plans.
• Responsible for Accounts Payable processing and validating correct approvals are received.
• Ensure all documents are prepared and validated for the Accounts Payable cheque runs.
• Responsible for the Corporate Credit Card process and validation of approvals.
• Ensure all Employee Expenses are submitted accurately and timely for processing.
• Perform assigned month-end reconciliations functions.
• Generating reports and statements as per management requests
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

• Excellent attention to detail, records management and problem solving skills
• Strong data entry with skill and accuracy including organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required and working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
• Effective interpersonal and strong ability to build relationships
• Flexible to changing business conditions and a fast-past work environment
• Previous experience in a multi-company environment is an asset

• Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
