Accounting Administrator
Stoney Creek, ON
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
*In Office Role*
:
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare monthly payment runs
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Complete general ledgers
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Account receivable duties
Job Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Experience in an accounting role an asset
- Proficient in math, and general accounting requirements
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other systems)
