Part-time Accountant Contact Opportunity - Toronto, Ontario (remote opportunity!)

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Accountant for an exciting new remote, part-time opportunity. This position will require you to work 2-3 week days per week, and will be a fully remote position with the exception of the first day spent working in office in Toronto, Ontario. If you are looking to join an innovative, close-knit team then this could be the perfect role for you! The ideal candidate for this position will have 3-5+ years of Accounting experience, with strong Accounts Payable expertise. Please apply today for immediate consideration.

Major Responsibilities will include:
- Journal entries
- Posting to the G/L
- Reconciliations
- Processing expenses
- Accounts Payable: 20-30 invoices a month
- Financial Reporting, including P

- 3-5+ years of Accounting experience
- Prior experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable, Reconciliations, and Financial Reports
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and interpersonal skills
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or similar preferred
