• Plan, execute, and manage audit and assurance engagements for a diverse client base
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies based on client needs
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures to assess financial accuracy and compliance
• Identify and communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations to clients and senior management
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulations, and firm policies
• Support clients in understanding and implementing accounting standards and best practices
• Collaborate with team members to mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Assist with tax compliance and reporting during the busy season

Experience & Attributes for Success:

• Designated Chartered Professional Accountant or currently in progressive
• Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience
• Proficiency in CaseWare, Jazzit, and other accounting software
• Trust worthy, ethical, and reliable work ethic
• Efficient and effective time management skills to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop professional relationships
• Adaptable and flexible with a positive and personable demeanour
