Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in accounting software.

Duties

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Perform financial auditing to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software for efficient financial management. Collaborate with the finance team to support corporate finance initiatives. Provide insights on financial performance and recommend improvements.

Skills

Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting processes. Knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices. Experience with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation tasks. Ability to conduct thorough financial auditing. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good communication skills for collaboration within the finance team.
