Responsibilities:
- Assist with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to:

Maintaining the billing system Generating invoices and account statements Performing account reconciliations Maintaining accounts receivable files and records Producing monthly financial and management reports Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries Assisting in general financial management and analysis
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or similar role
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Secondary School (preferred)

Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
