Job Description

Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team in Oakville. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities



Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Handle accounts payable/receivable and perform bank reconciliations

Prepare financial statements and external reporting packages

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Qualifications



Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA or equivalent designation preferred)

3-5 years of professional accounting experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
