ACCOUNTANT

Bookkeeper

Bilingual French/English

Oakville, ON

Full-time Permanent role

Starting at $60,000 per year + bonus

You will join a high growth IT solution company offering exceptional services. In this role you will manage full-cycle in-house accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

You will enter operating activities into computerized accounting system
You will process payroll bi-weekly, working with an outside payroll service provider ensuring all payroll calculations are accurate
You will prepare periodic financial reports
You will handle the reconciliation of operating bank accounts
You will oversee invoices and transaction receipts

Requirements:

5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
You have great knowledge of payroll and payroll tax regulations in Ontario and Quebec
You are computer literate, with strong MS Word and Excel skills
You effectively communicate with team members and clients
You are technologically savvy with ability to navigate easily new digital tools and platforms
You are detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
You are a self-starter who can work independently
You ideally have a Canadian Payroll designation, PCP
You are fluently bilingual in both English and French
You have a clean criminal background
