Position: Accountant
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: $100K per year

Our client specializing in the investment sector is hiring an Accountant for a full-time job.

In this role reporting to the Vice-President, your tasks will be as follows:

- Generating various weekly, monthly and yearly financial reports for the group
- Preparing management reports
- Participating in tax reporting
- Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements
- Preparing, reviewing and analyzing budgets, and comparing to prior year
- Preparing and reviewing accounting reports
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Participating in process improvements and special projects

What you need to succeed in this role:

- A university degree in Accounting and Finance
- An accounting designation in progress - essential
- 4 years of pertinent experience
- Autonomy, attention to detail, dynamism and team spirit
- Creativity and good communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent sense of responsibility and analytical skills
