Looking for experienced client service-oriented accountant to join our team. Key responsibilities include: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the accurate preparation of monthly financial statements for a portfolio of Condominium Boards. \xc2\xb7 Reconcile and maintain a full understanding of all balance sheet and income statement accounts and research any discrepancies. \xc2\xb7 Review and assist with annual budgets and audits. \xc2\xb7 Assist with more complex issues such as loans, special levies and investment accounts. \xc2\xb7 Provide financial support to Condo Managers and Boards. Experience: \xc2\xb7 Accounting degree or certification in accounting is required. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of full cycle accounting experience. \xc2\xb7 Previous Condo management or property management experience would be a definite asset. \xc2\xb7 Effective and professional communication. \xc2\xb7 Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and clients. \xc2\xb7 Excellent time management, prioritize work, detailed oriented and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. \xc2\xb7 A police clearance is required for employment.
