Our Burnaby client is seeking a permanent Lead Property Accountant to join the team.
**Competitive salary ranging from $80K-$85K**
Burnaby location 100% in-office
Major Responsibilities
Reporting to the Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Full cycle accounting, including the preparation of financial statements for a portfolio of commercial, residential, and strata properties
- Entry of tenant and property charge-back invoices
- Growing supervisory and mentoring functions
- Must have previous experience within the property management sector
- Previous experience with Yardi will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
