Entry-level Accountant contract opportunity starting immediately in Toronto, Ontario!

What you get to do every day:

- Prepare journal entries monthly
- Ensuring that accounts contained in the general ledger are correct
- Assisting with full cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Carrying out alternate duties and taking part in special projects as assigned
- Facilitating audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits
- Data entry
- Investigating and fixing account discrepancies

- 2+ years of relevant Accounting experience at minimum
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
