Job Description
:We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the accounting industry. The role of Accountant involves the efficient and accurate processing of accounting functions, maintaining customer records, and resolving any related inquiries. This position also entails the monitoring of customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.Responsibilities:
- Accurately processing customer credit applications with efficiency
- Maintaining precise customer credit records
- Identifying variances and alerting the team
- Reconciling bank statements
- Utilizing Excel for large data management, including proficiency in V Lookup, pivot Table, and H lookup
- Understanding and applying accounting principles effectively
- Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Conducting auditing tasks and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Providing explanations for required adjustments
- Overseeing monthly bank and account reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
- Familiarity with managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Proven experience in Auditing
- Capability to manage Balance Sheet Account
- Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations
- Experience in conducting Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Expertise in Account Reconciliation
- Ability to conduct Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
- Experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
