The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting pre-operational safety checks on zipline equipment, platforms, and harnesses to ensure they meet safety standards. Greeting and welcoming guests, providing clear instructions on zipline procedures and safety guidelines. Assisting guests with fitting and adjusting harnesses, helmets, and other safety gear to ensure a secure and comfortable experience. Operating the zipline equipment, including launching and receiving guests safely on platforms. Monitoring zipline participants during their rides, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and instructions. Addressing guest concerns and questions in a friendly and informative manner, enhancing their overall experience. Coordinating with other zipline operators to maintain efficient and timely operations. Enforcing farm rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Keeping zipline launch and landing areas clean, organized, and presentable.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Passion for adventure and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical fitness and ability to lift equipment and assist guests as needed. Comfortable working at heights and in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in ziplining, outdoor recreation, or customer service is a plus.
