The role:

Hyatt Regency Sydney is recruiting for talented Hosts to join our team at our Zephyr Sky Bar. As one of our Hosts, you will play a critical role in our hotel, demonstrating a commitment to delivering our guests with memorable experiences. Our ideal candidate will show a willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Possess a friendly demeanour and excellent interpersonal relationship skills to be able to relate well with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Anticipate guest\xe2\x80\x99s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates
• Provide a professional customer service-friendly personality
• Have excellent presentation and grooming
• Possess a valid NSW RSA
• Have the ability to work a seven (7) day rotating roster including weekends
• Have a minimum of 6 months industry experience
