Hyatt Regency Sydney is recruiting for talented Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team with a number of positions available in our: Zephyr Sky Bar. As one of our Food and Beverage Attendants, you will play a critical role in our hotel, demonstrating a commitment to delivering our guests with memorable experiences. Our ideal candidate will show a willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Perched on Level 12 of Hyatt Regency Sydney, Zephyr is a luxury sky bar with unrivalled views of Sydney\xe2\x80\x99s Darling Harbour. Specialising in signature cocktails and holding one of Sydney\xe2\x80\x99s most extensive spirit lists, Zephyr Sky Bar is proud to be Sydney\xe2\x80\x99s favourite rooftop bars, awarded Hotel Bar of the Year in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Possess a friendly demeanour and excellent interpersonal relationship skills to be able to relate well with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Anticipate guest\xe2\x80\x99s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates
• Provide a professional customer service-friendly personality
• Have excellent presentation and grooming
• Possess a valid NSW RSA
• Have the ability to work a seven (7) day rotating roster including weekends
• Have a minimum of 6 months industry experience
