We invite you to come to see what the power of belonging can do for you, your career and your community.The OpportunityAs a Youth/Teen Soccer Coach, you will play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where youth can develop their soccer skills and overall well-being. Working closely with the Recreation Supervisor, you will deliver high-quality, inclusive programming that fosters teamwork, personal growth, and fun for participants of all skill levels.Your responsibilities will include actively coaching and mentoring youth, organizing and leading soccer sessions, and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. You\'ll guide players to improve their skills while promoting respect, sportsmanship, and a passion for the game. You will also be prepared to address challenges, ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for everyone involved.This is a casual position, requiring a commitment of 6 hours every Saturday, with opportunities for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, at the Saint John Regional Y, and additional shifts available at the Irving Oil Field House.Responsibilities
