Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Leader to join our team. As a Youth Leader, you will be responsible for facilitating engaging programs and activities for youth participants. You will serve as a mentor, role model, and advocate for the youth, promoting their personal growth and development.

Duties:

- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants

- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans

- Foster positive relationships with youth participants, families, and community members

- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to youth in their personal growth and development

- Encourage active participation and engagement in program activities

- Supervise and ensure the safety of all participants during program hours

- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate program logistics and special events

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, program evaluations, and participant progress

-Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales

-Organize, maintain, and clean course supplies and equipment

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to effectively manage groups of youth in a structured setting

- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in working with youth

- Creativity in designing engaging activities that promote learning and personal growth

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the program and participants

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
