About the Role:

CNJ Builders is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to keep our yard, tools, and equipment organized and in top condition. This role is vital to keeping our crews efficient and our projects running smoothly. You'll take pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace, ensuring tools and machinery are ready to go, and helping with material deliveries to job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the yard, shop, and storage areas organized and free of clutter Maintain tools, trailers, and small equipment (inspection, cleaning, basic repairs) Track tool and equipment inventory; report missing or damaged items Load/unload materials for job sites Deliver and pick up materials as needed using company vehicle or trailer Assist with receiving shipments and coordinating supplier drop-offs Perform general yard maintenance and seasonal tasks (snow clearing, mowing, etc.) Support field crews with occasional site runs or tool drop-offs

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record (Class 5 minimum) Experience operating small equipment (skid steer, trailer, etc.) an asset Basic mechanical or tool knowledge preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
