Explain procedures Operate X-ray, radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs on equipment Position patients Wear radiation detection equipment to acquire data for use by nuclear medicine physicians in the diagnosis of disease Record and process results of procedures Apply radiation protection measures Explain procedures and side effects of radiation Record and process patient data
