This is a physically active, hands-on role supporting our experienced crew with the installation of outdoor and structural products. Some days are tough. Some are easier. But most days run on a schedule, and we need someone who can move with purpose, keep a cool head, and finish strong.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with installations in our workshop and on job sites Supporting lead installers with assembly, alignment, fastening, and finishing Driving to and from job sites when needed Handling tools, materials, and basic site prep/clean-up Keeping up with fast-paced, deadline-driven projects
What You Need to Bring:

Valid Ontario driver's license

and a

clean driving record

Comfort driving

to job sites across the region

Basic construction knowledge

, especially of:

Empirical measurements

(inches, feet, etc.)

Framing and installation terminology

Physical ability to lift and carry materials and work with hand tools Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4-5 months

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
