We are expanding our offerings to include

psychotherapy workshops

that address a variety of topics related to mental health and relationships. These workshops will be a space where individuals and couples can learn, connect, and practice new skills in an engaging and accessible way.

About the Role


We are seeking a

Workshop Facilitator

to support both the growth of our practice and the delivery of psychotherapy workshops. This position combines

marketing and outreach

with

workshop development and facilitation

. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable promoting workshops to the community as they are helping to create and deliver them.

Key Responsibilities



Design and develop engaging workshops on topics related to mental health, personal growth, and relationships. Facilitate workshops in a professional, inclusive, and interactive manner. Collaborate with our team to align workshops with the practice's overall vision and client needs. Assist with workshop planning, promotion, and post-session follow-up when needed. Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to promote programs, workshops, and webinars. Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms, and engage with online audiences. Coordinate logistics for online and in-person events, including registration, materials, and follow-ups. Build and maintain professional relationships with family doctors, referral sources, and community partners to generate new client opportunities. Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and correspondence. Monitor and order office and program supplies as needed. Track program participation, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.

Ideal Candidate



A current student or recent graduate in psychology, social work, counselling, or a related field. Passionate about mental health, relationships, and creating safe spaces for learning and growth. Strong communication and group facilitation skills. Creative, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Previous experience with group facilitation, teaching, or workshop design is an asset (but not required). Experience in marketing, communications, or program coordination. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and webinar software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
