Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Working Foreman / Project Manager

to help lead our painting projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role involving both site management and active painting work. You'll coordinate crews, maintain quality control, communicate with clients, and ensure jobs stay on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside painting crews on residential and commercial projects Schedule, organize, and oversee daily site operations Perform quality checks and ensure all work meets company standards Communicate with clients, site managers, and office staff Track materials, hours, and job progress Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient job site

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of professional painting experience

(lead or foreman experience preferred) Strong knowledge of painting techniques, products, and surface prep Ability to manage people and projects effectively Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
