We are a painting contractor in Calgary AB, seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Painting Foreman/Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position.
10+ years of
residential painting
experience
Experience with stains and lacquers a must High motivation and attention to detail Ability to represent the company positivelyResponsibilities
Ordering all products, materials, and submittals required to complete projects Following up on change orders Monitoring cost reports ensuring profitable work Scheduling work Opening, overseeing and closing projects Maintaining positive relationships with vendors and clients
