The scheduled shifts are Monday to Friday - start at 7:00AM, end between 3:00PM- 6:00PM and include weekend work
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Working Foreman to join our dynamic team.
As a vital part of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of installers, including the safe transportation, delivery, installation, and removal of Premier's equipment from jobsites around primarily in Ontario and occasionally in the United States (U.S.) or the rest of Canada.
Responsibilities
Here are some highlights of what the job will entail:
Work directly on jobsites; Demonstrate a proactive approach, ensure installation and dismantle are in accordance with site instructions; leading your team in a safe, productive and professional manner.
Maintain a flexible schedule with travel and overnight work across Canada and the United States (U.S.) to support and guide job site operations.
Anticipate potential issues, communicate with operations management regarding challenges on site and updates to your team and other vendors.
Performing physical tasks that include repetitive loading, moving and lifting of tenting components in varying weights and sizes; employing both physical effort and material handling tools. -

Installing and dismantling tent structures, flooring, and associated accessories as per training.
Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety policies, participate in identifying and communicating any potential hazards to your team and management, in compliance with health and safety procedures.
What You Bring
Hands-On Experience:
4-5 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in the construction or installation field. You are proficient in working with power tools.
Leadership Experience:
2 - 3 years of proven experience leading small teams and fostering a positive team environment.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent ability to understand and follow scopes of work, document site conditions, and manage project progress.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
Safety:
Takes a proactive role in ensuring health and safety compliance and best practices on job sites.
Adaptability:
Ability to proactively manage changing priorities on active job sites.
Logistics:
A valid Ontario G driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential. A DZ license is an asset.
Physical Aptitude:
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment for extended periods.
Continuous Learner:
Willingness to learn new techniques and skills as required.
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Requirements
Must possess valid legal authorization to work in Canada and meet all entry and employment eligibility requirements for the United States.
Valid Ontario G driver's license, in good standing
