We are currently seeking a

Heavy Duty Working Foreman

Responsibilities

Direct and mentor technicians to ensure efficient workflow Provide expert guidance on diagnostics and repairs Oversee day-to-day shop operations and uphold quality standards Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on diesel equipment Diagnose and repair engine, drivetrain, electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems Conduct safety checks and complete required documentation Maintain accurate service and maintenance records Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members Utilize diagnostic software and electronic systems to interpret failure modes Foster a positive, high-performance shop culture
Requirements

Minimum 7 years of heavy-duty truck and trailer experience Journeyman Certificate Commercial Vehicle Inspection License Specialty and Manufacturer training Leadership or management training Strong organizational and communication skills Must have own tools and safety boots Proficient with mobile devices, repair documentation apps, and email communication Positive attitude, team-oriented, goal-driven, and growth-minded
Assets

Class 1 or 3 license Automotive Diesel experience Experience with Fullbay Software
