This position requires expertise in Workday functionalities, including HCM processes and integrations, while coordinating with multi-functional teams to support various testing phases and communicate project status to customers.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Perform System testing on the Workday Extend application.
• Perform System integration testing on Workday Integrations using EIB, Core Connectors and Studio Integrations.
• Validate Workday Role-based and user-based security testing.
• Test the Workday Business process.
• End-to-end testing using Workday delivered reports and custom reports.
• Ensure the quality and reliability the financial software products, contributing to the overall success of the project.
• Coordinate with multiple teams for Functional testing, System Integration testing, Regression Testing and UAT support.
• Review Functional Specifications and Test Scenario and Scripts.
• Working with the client on the overall status of the project.
• Coordinate with multiple partners like client business team, implementation team and third party system managers.

What you bring to the role: * Overall 8+ years of testing experience with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday testing.

• Highly skilled Workday Extend senior tester Workday applications.
• HCM experience and sound knowledge of Workday Integration testing.
• Workday Recruiting and Hiring.
• Workday Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Workday Benefits and Compensation.
• Workday Learning.
• Conversant with Workday SDLC methodology.
• Expert-level communication skills are required to interact with client-side top management.
• Proficient with software testing methodologies.
