As a Customer Loyalty Specialist, you will assist the customers of Canada\'s largest telecommunications company regarding their products and services. Thanks to your friendly nature, great listening and multitasking skills, you will discuss their needs and explore every option to offer the best solution possible. This is the ideal position for someone looking for a career that allows them to put forward their sales skills while interacting with people. Also, we will provide you with all the computer equipment you need to start your career from the comfort of your own home!

What we offer:

• Hourly wage of $20.75 (including a $4.25 premium per hour worked and a $1 Quad premium);
• Bilingual premium of $3/hour when applicable;

• Monday to Friday between 6:30AM to 8:00PM EST;
• Saturday and Sunday between 7:30AM to 5:00PM EST;
• This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.

• Eligibility criteria:

• Must reside with the hiring location.
• Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
• Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Respond to various requests from clients to find the best solution adapted to their needs;
• Offer an exceptional customer experience by providing a warm and courteous service;
• Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English and French) or English;
• High school diploma or equivalent completed;
• Excellent learning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Great communication skills (oral and written) and ability to quickly connect and interact with people;
• Proficiency in a sales environment \xe2\x80\x93 We are looking for people who are motivated to achieve results!
• Friendly and helpful nature - You enjoy interacting with people and helping them find the best solution to their problem;
• Ability to work in a computerized environment and perform various tasks simultaneously;
• Excellent learning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Experience in sales, customer service, or in a call center, a great asset!
